  • 3 x 2 hour live sessions – £98
  • Brush up on muscle identification of 30 main muscle groups
  • Guided ‘hands on’ (on your own body) – taught in an engaging and interactive way
  • Max 11 participants to guarantee individual attention
  • Open to qualified massage practitioners, aromatherapists, personal trainers, yoga and exercise teachers
