- Brush up on muscle identification of 30 main muscle groups
- Guided ‘hands on’ (on your own body) – taught in an engaging and interactive way
- Max 11 participants to guarantee individual attention
- Open to qualified massage practitioners, aromatherapists, personal trainers, yoga and exercise teachers
